Hi Friends!
Welcome to my little corner on Beyoncé's Internet.
I'm Hana - but my friends call me Dope'rah. I work and play at the intersection of technology and workforce development @ MC. I’m dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through innovation, partnerships, and access to resources that support meaningful career success and economic development.
Some dope things I get to be a part of and have done:
Supporting 3000+ career seekers in finding meaningful careers – feels like we’re only getting started!
Trained over 700 justice-impacted individuals in Texas, as a Google Justice-Impacted Fund Recipient.
Supported 30+ organizations in scaling and diversifying their workforce.
Mentor (Google Women Techmakers, The Forum Mentorship Program, and the Scotiabank Women Initiative) – supporting the next generation of builders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers! It’s one of the most fulfilling parts of what I do.
Created and implemented career success programs for private and public education organizations. Helping individuals build the skills to thrive, driving meaningful career success at scale.
Listened to every Dateline episode (IYKYK).
And of course, making friends along the way!
