I'm Hana - but my friends call me Dope'rah. I work and play at the intersection of technology and workforce development @ Meaningful Careers (MC). I’m dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through innovation, partnerships, and access to resources that support meaningful career success and economic development.

Some dope things I get to be a part of and have done:

• Supported 3000+ career seekers in finding meaningful careers – feels like we’re only getting started!

• Trained over 700 justice-impacted individuals in Texas, as a Google Justice-Impacted Fund Recipient.

• Supported 30+ organizations in scaling and diversifying their workforce.

• Mentor (Google Women Techmakers, The Forum Mentorship Program, and the Scotiabank Women Initiative) – supporting the next generation of builders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers! It’s one of the most fulfilling parts of what I do.

• Created and implemented career success programs for private and public education organizations. Helping individuals build the skills to thrive, driving meaningful career success at scale.

• Listened to every Dateline episode (IYKYK).

• And of course, making friends along the way!
