Hi Friends!
Welcome to my little corner on Beyoncé's Internet.
Welcome to my little corner on Beyoncé's Internet.
My name is Hana but my friends call me Dope’rah.
I build things that open doors, because I believe access changes everything. I'm a co-founder, caregiver advocate, and systems thinker working at the intersection of healthcare equity and economic inclusion.
In 2024, an unexpected personal health journey shifted everything. I became a patient navigating chronic illness, and watched the people I loved quietly disappear into a role the system never designed for them.
They became coordinators, advocates, researchers, and record-keepers. Care became tasks. And being present started to feel like a luxury.
Caregiving isn't a role someone prepares for. It's one they inherit. Millions of people are doing the work of an entire care team, invisibly.
That realization led me to co-found Vansh Care: a care intelligence platform that turns the unrecognized work of family caregivers into structured health signals, so the people holding everything together finally have a system that sees them too.
We started where the weight is heaviest: dementia. Because no family should carry that weight alone. Vansh Care was built for them.
When I'm not building, I mentor the next generation of builders and founders, and give back to the communities that shaped me.
I build with empathy. I lead with lived experience. And I show up for the people the world tends to overlook.
