Hi Friends!
Welcome to my little corner on Beyoncé's Internet.
Welcome to my little corner on Beyoncé's Internet.
My name is Hana but my friends call me Dope’rah.
I build things that open doors, because I believe access changes everything. I'm a co-founder, caregiver advocate, and systems thinker working at the intersection of economic inclusion and healthcare equity.
As co-founder of Meaningful Careers, I've spent years helping people find work that doesn't just pay the bills, it builds a future. We've supported thousands of individuals, including many navigating life after incarceration, because a person's past should never dictate their potential.
In 2024, a personal health journey shifted everything. As a patient navigating chronic illness, I watched the people around me — family members, partners, adult children — quietly disappear into a role the system never designed for them.
They became coordinators, advocates, researchers, and record-keepers. Care became tasks. And being present with their loved one started to feel like a luxury.
Caregiving isn't a role someone prepares for — it's one they inherit. That realization led me to co-develop Vansh Care: an AI care companion for family caregivers carrying the emotional weight of dementia at home. But the more we listened, the more we heard the same exhaustion reflected back — from professional caregivers navigating complex care every day, and from healthcare providers trying to support families with too little time and too few tools.
Dementia doesn't touch one person. It touches everyone around them. Vansh Care was built for all of them.
When I'm not building, I mentor the next generation of builders & founders.
I build with empathy. I lead with lived experience. And I show up for the people the world tends to overlook.
